The buffet breakfast looked good but with an advised bus transfer time of 0500hrs to the terminal, I did not have time to enjoy said breakfast. Could more flexible bus times be arranged, seeing as it only takes 5 minutes.

The hotel has everything that you need from an auto hotel- it’s 4 minutes away, has a shuttle that shows up frequently and free breakfast.

My white hexagon jewelry box was taken/stolen from my open luggage, there were one swaroski yellow ring, one heart shape gold necklace and more rings, earrings I called the housekeeping she denied seeing even. Not safe,no safe deposit at the rooms hotel staff stole my fashion and real jewelry..First time ever happened Disappointing

We talked with the chambermaid who did your room and she confirmed you asked her about your missing jewelry which she denied seeing at all. I was pleased with the price for the stay. The hotel was comfortable and affordable. The facilities are a bit worn out and could use some renovations, but mostly it was superficial flaws. (bleached spots on some of the carpets, worn and loose molding, etc)

The hotel was fine, breakfast was good for the price and staff was friendly. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was that it was impossible to get in touch with the hotel by phone. When I arrived at the airport I didn't know where and how to find the shuttle, so I tried multiple times to call the hotel to find out. After calling at least 10 times I gave up and took a taxi. It was only 9 euros so not a big deal, but I did expect that I could call this type of hotel to find out how to get on the free shuttle they advertise.

Located very close to the Airport. The Hotel provides free shuttle service to and from the airport twice every hour. Very convenient. The free breakfast is good.

Super hot with no ac. Super dirty. Bug on my sheets. Sink plugged. Only the guy during the day shift was helpful and friendly. Stayed there bc wasn’t any other option. Poor hotel in all senses.

Friendly staff and easy check in. Great breakfast, included with the reservation. Within walking distance to a small town, Derio. We found a great restaurant, Restaurante San Isidro, with a friendly owner who made us feel very welcome. Convenient to the airport and has shuttle service to the airport. My only issue is that the room was very hot, and it took most of the night to get the room to a comfortable level.

BAD experience with Staff
Hotel was fine but our room was very warm 30C (86F). We cranked the AC down and went to diner. When we returned, the temperature was the same, AC was NOT cooling down. We contacted the front desk and they told us this was "normal" and the AC unit was running fine. I live in Florida so I know when an AC unit is working or not.... We asked to get another room and they said it was NOT necessary since the AC was "working fine". After 90 minutes of arguing, I asked to be refunded so I could go to another hotel. I asked to talk to the manager and they said he could not be reached... WHAT ??? They finally magically found another room and asked me to check the temperature to see if it was OK for us. This room was much better 25C(77F) so we moved our stuff. I rent hotel rooms at least 30 times a year. I never complain but this was a very unacceptable way to handle a customer. Otherwise, for the rest, the hotel was fine and breakfast was good,
