Love the hotel the location is accessible to the mall. The downfall has no towel I have to call the reception but no answer at all, so I have to go downstairs to get a towel. Not satisfied for paying 4500 a night

There’s no supplies in the room. The sheets are dirty/stained. The counters are dusty. The staff could use some service & hospitality training!!! Food is good and the view is great!
