Pros: Staff and the Cleaniness of the Hotel
Location: Location is in an area where it was nice and quiet.
Everyone it the Hotel was very customer friendly Including Ralph The Van Driver.

The entrance to the hotel is also entrance for other buildings. We arrived at night and drive through a few parking lots searching for hotel. The direct route to the hotel should be identified better Hotel was very nice once we found it.

Pros: Clean comfortable rooms. Starbucks in the lobby. Cons: no food room service. There is a small fridge in the room but empty.

Pros: Starbucks in the lobby.
Cons: Include breakfast.
Location: You need a car. Not too much very close by. However the surrounding area is pretty.
The hotel staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. The lobby and rooms are comfortable and nice. I did not eat or drink at the hotel bar or restaurant but it was nice to have them available.

The hotel is clean. But the front desk staff seems not very friendly. Be aware to the room with odd number as the outside AC fans are really loud!

Great alternative to high priced Boston hotels.Posted Oct 7, 2015
Marriott has free shuttle to the N. Billerica commuter line stop. $8.50 round trip fee to downtown Boston (North Station). Marriott had brand new carpeting, quiet neighborhood, and helpful staff. Tara is sales office was extremely helpful on suggestions on things to see and do and how to get there without have rent a car.

Pros: The breakfast was very good.
Location: Nothing within walking distance.
Check-in was quick and easy, but the staff failed to mention/reiterate anything about the dining options or where anything was such as the pool, fitness center, laundry machines or what transportation was available. Breakfast options were great.

Pros: I think I like everything you may consider for a good hotel, plus we got a good rate.
Cons: Can't think of any
Location: At first, we missed our way, not knowing that such nice, large place of hospitality was tucked in the back of a research facility. Location was cool.
Quiet. A large surrounding area to take morning walk.
