Nice room comfortable furnishings

I liked the larger king room but unfortunately the jetted tub was not clean and that soured my stay. Otherwise the hotel was clean and well appointed.

STAY!

Beautifully decorated hotel with an awesome staff. During our 6 day trip from Washington state to Ohio, this was by far the "Best of the West"!

Pros: Very quiet room.
Cons: Bed was ok, but was showing wear (divets where people have slept in mattress).
Location: Near Cabelas and restaurants which was the big draw for us.
Very quiet and clean room. Hotel staff was excellent.

Quite air conditioner and great beds. Easy on and off freeway access.

Nice motel but I won't go back.

Pros: Location near highway.
Cons: I did not want or reserve a handicap accessible room, yet they never told me that is what they reserved for me.
Nice motel, but I won't return. I reserved a standard room for myself and my wife, but instead - without communicating anything to me - they gave me a handicapped accessible room - which I didn't want, nor like, nor need. They refused to change my room. There was something dishonest about not telling me BEFOREHAND. Honestly, if they changed my room, I would have been happier, but they they were steadfast in their refusal to change or do anything to help. Wait - I'm the customer and they can't accommodate me??

I am sorry that when you reserved your room online, that is the room you chose for this pre-paid reservation. Please know that even when we request that third party websites position rooms differently so that it's easier to to reserve the correct room type, they've been unable to accommodate us to date.

Stopover on the way to Cody.

The staff at Billings is amazing. They had much information and were very attentive. The fitness room was inadequate several machines were difficult to set up and there were no free weights.

Front desk staff was a 20 out of 10. Always friendly and awesome. My kiddo got sick during our stay. Had to have housekeeping remake bed with clean linens. He was great about it and I was so impressed I left him a tip and made sure his supervisor knew. Then it was downhill. Didn't get toiletry items replaced, trash didn't get taken out, used laundry bag for soiled clothes but it was also not replaced so nothing for wet swimsuits. Hotel says it participates in earth friendly practices. We hung our towels to reuse, nope replaced daily. Room was right above the pool so expected some noise but that was minor.
