Let's see...Drag racing on the street in front of the hotel until around midnight. This was followed by a police dog barking for more than a half hour at 1:30 am. This was followed by a couple arguing next to my room from 2:30 until 4:00am. This was my experience after a 10 hour drive and just wanting to sleep, knowing that I had to get up at 5am to drive another 8 hours to make an appointment. The breakfast was dry, stale biscuits and bad coffee. The clerk was disagreeable regarding my Cliff Bar as sustenance for food before traveling.

Unclean, tv didn’t work, no indoor pool, garbage wasn’t emptied

After 3 days of driving across the United States we were very lucky to get a reservation at this Lodge in Billings, MT. When we arrived, Patrick helped us immediately and asked us how our move was going. He was very observant and took care of all of our needs, even letting me know what time he was leaving just in case we needed anything additional before he left for the day. When you find someone that helpful at the end of the long day it makes you really appreciate someone that has great customer service and takes the time to ensure we have what we need. We need more people like Patrick in the world!
