Very considerate hotel with comfortable bed, great pool/hot tub area, beautifully decorated, incredibly quiet and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was breakfast was available but an additional expense.

Poor Guest Service
After the stay I replied to the hotel's text, to let them know that we were disappointed that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room and that we would have let them know except that we arrived late and left early. The hotel's response was "if you would have let us know we could have brought you some right away." No apology. No "we'll do better next time." Beyond that the room is comfortable enough but starting to show its age.

Thank you for going above and beyond to make our family, including our dog, feel welcomed. All of your staff very kind and professional. We are having a great trip across country so this was a great place to rest and recover to get back out on the road. I was very grateful for your laundry room, gym and pool you offer.

The room service app didn’t work so you had to go downstairs look at the menu then go back upstairs to call for room service. The Beds are hard as bricks; I say that having been an Infantry man who has slept on bricks. You can hear a lot of noise from the hallway and surrounding rooms. The front end looks flashy and luxurious, but that’s where the quality ends.

Staff were friendly and attentive during every interaction! Room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that didn’t quite work was the microwave, the tray/plate wouldn’t turn properly while it was cooking. Still worked well enough to use!

My stay overall was pleasant for the purposes of my trip. The staff were friendly and tuned in to their guests. My only complaint is the breakfast, which was bland, with few options. Ordered eggs benedict, and it came out with ham draped over the top.
