This property online looked very nice, but those looks are deceiving. The drains were plugged. There was hair all over my bed upon checking in and the bed bugs were terrible. I would advise you to book elsewhere. Pricing if the restaurant onsite was was more than it should’ve been as well.

There was construction going on..so it made parking and getting in and out of the propety a bit inconvenient but otherwise our stay was great.

Staff was very friendly! They were very accommodating when i found out i needed to stay an extra night, i was able to book another reservation thru expedia and keep my same room! Hotel has a casino that i went to the second night and had some luck $$! Will definitely be staying here again!

Do not book this hotel. Partying all night, calling security only made it worse. Not a family friendly as advertised. Front desk gal was lovely the 1st and 2nd time we complained, she was great—she just needs a better place to work. We were assured Expedia and management would make it right. However when a refund was requested we were denied by both claiming we didn’t make any complaints that night and Expedia saying the hotel REFUSED our request. What a scam.

I had to attend a meeting the day after my stay and it was nice to just get up and go. Some of the building needs a little repair, but otherwise it was great.

TV quit working after awhile but the weather was below zero so could have been the service. Clock/radio/alarm was broken. Shuttle driver and night desk clerk were super helpful. Nice hotel.

It was a great area for Billings and hospitable. Cleanliness was prevalent in the room and by the cleaning staff in the morning crew. Floor and bathroom was clean enough to feel comfortable walking around without NEEDING socks on. Nice atmosphere and felt safe. Staff was efficient and accurate in answering all my questions being first time travelers.

Only problem I had with handicap room was the bathroom. Wasn’t accessible in any way, had a sliding door which was hard for my mom to open and shut and it went off track. Bathroom was very small. No room for a wheel chair or even a walker
