Quiet rooms and comfortable size with living area and kitchen. Great for a multi-night stay or even just one. Large, rotating TV for viewing from couch or bed. Inner-spring beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast was lukewarm. The heaters for the warming dishes must not have been working as everything was lukewarm. We didn't really notice it the first day as we were having breakfast earlier however, it was very apparent the next day. The shower in one of the bedrooms was not hot. We used the other bathroom and the water in the shower was hot. Took time for all four of use to shower in one bathroom.

Our stay in Billing’s
Perfect place to stay for a small family. Check-in was easy and our room was like a small studio apartment. Staff were also very accomodating bringing us a pack and play for our 7 month old.

The room smelled. The beds and pillows were horrible. My air mattress at home is more comfortable. Worst sleep. Loud with construction and air conditioner unit's. I stay in Residence inn properties all over the US. Bozeman charging nearly 500 a night for that room is horrendous. They need to take a peak at the one in Billings. Now, that one was great for half the price.

Not a great first impression
I've always had good experiences with this chain, however my most recent stay was less than great. Check-in is at 3. Me and my family tried to check in at 4:15 and I was told our room wasn't ready and to come back in an hour. Also there was no mention on the website of the fact that the pool was under construction and not usuable.

This hotel is close to all the shopping and restaurants and Starbucks! It was easy to locate and a very short drive to a recognizable close by restaurant and brew pub for convenience. The property was nice and clean, the breakfast is hotel eggs, bacon, and bagels, muffins, cereal and juice only.

The rooms were good. The pool is broken and has been for months. I wouldn’t have booked this hotel had I known that. Very disappointed!

Nice spacious rooms!
We had a snag with our closing date on our new home and had one night of being “homeless” therefore we needed to find a pet friendly hotel. Very nice size rooms, with all of the amenities you need.

Very Disappointing...
Very disappointing stay. The type of room that was booked and confirmed was not provided to us. Full size bed when a King was confirmed. No hot in the building water the first night of the stay. No pool or spa available the entire stay, shower barely worked in the the room as the diverter was so old an leaky it barely functioned. No Housekeeping available 1 of the 4 days booked, No breakfast service 1 of the 4 days booked. This Hotel did not hold up to what it advertised as amenities.

No Room Cleaning...
On day one, I was impressed with the clean room, relative quiet, and good breakfasts... However, (and perhaps I failed to read a policy) but I stayed for 6 nights. Day 1, no need for cleaning. On night 3, I went to front desk to see why my room hadn't been cleaned. They said that because of COVID they only cleaned every 4 days. Day 4 passed and my room was still not cleaned. That evening I went to the front desk to inquire why my room had not been cleaned on this day, and they said that my reservation was marked with "Opt out" of room cleaning. On night 3 any possible marking of "opt out" on my reservation was not mentioned and frankly, I don't know how the "opt out" appeared on my reservation. The front desk asked, with a bit of snark (and let's keep in mind, I PAID for my 6 nights), if I wanted my room cleaned on day 5. I said that I would. Day 5 came, I got new bathroom towels and soaps, nothing else. Nothing was done to the bed, I couldn't tell if the sink or bathroom was cleaned, I didn't get a fresh kitchen towel and kitchen cloth, and my bathroom and kitchen garbage had not been emptied...in fact they were overflowing. The spare blanket was scratchy and smelled. I wonder if it was put in the closet each time without being cleaned after each new guest used it. The toilet ran intermittently even long after being flushed. Your hotel is saving money on cleaning staff without providing cleaning service...and using COVID as an excuse for lack of cleaning service.

It is disappointing to hear of the miscommunication of our housekeeping stayover service and the front desk not going above and beyond to rectify the issue. I have relayed the feedback to our housekeeping manager to implement further training on how to address and clean short and long term guests moving forward. Twice I got spoiled milk, limited breakfast choices, breakfast staff grumpy. Fitness center not open then the pool was closed. Pickle ball court without a net. Room was nice.

Wow! This room was a place you could live. It was so nice and comfortable. The bed was amazing and the room was tastefully decorated. Large bathroom, sitting area in thre room, and kitchenette. It was a great hotel and I would highly recommend.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean, nice pool and hot tub area. Only complaint was breakfast-first day options were pretty limited with a lot out of stock, second day went down shortly after breakfast started both hot dishes empty and waffle mix was too watery to cook, I went to front desk where there was a manager and told her-after 20 minutes nothing had been done so we left.

Charging twice unapologetically
The hotel was booked and paid for by a friend. When we arrived the attendant insisted she had no record of payment (even though I had confirmation of payment) and said she would speak with the manager. In the morning she had not spoken to the manager and still had not done anything to rectify the situation. When we checked out she was still insisting that hotels.com had not sent confirmation of payment which put us in the awkward position of having to reach out to our friend to ask if she had payed (she had) and then spent an hour trying to fix it while traveling through Idaho. It was a very unpleasant experience at a hotel that is overpriced and unremarkable.
