Clean and friendly staff. Great breakfast. The only problem we had was. They didn’t come clean or restock up on towels or coffee in our room while we were there

We are on the housekeeping on demand schedule, witch is every other day if anything is needed between service days you have 2 options 1 front desk has all ammonites or 2 put the door hanger out before 10am and someone will get your wanted items for you

The ceiling has huge cracks in it. The bathroom had soap film on the walls from not being cleaned properly and there was mold in the corners of the bathtub. The walls had brown gunk all on them and the carpet was filthy. Beds were uncomfortable and indoor pool was freezing. breakfast was good and staff were nice.

The property was older looking and was not updated. The back entrance would not lock leaving premises accessible to anyone. They did not have toiletries that most hotel have in case forgotten. For the price they charged, it was so not worth it.

This Comfort Inn has seen better days. The staff is very nice, but the building and surrounding area is going back to nature. The pot holed drive looks like a jungle as you drive up and the entire building is in need of upgrading. That being said the room was old and beat, but clean.

This property is a disgrace
My stay at Comfort inn sportsplex was horrible. Both room had bugs (roaches,bed bug's) rust on all the lamps in both rooms mildew on the ceiling.

I will start with the breakfast staff was very nice and welcoming. The outside of the hotel was covered in trash, like people cleaned their cars out and dumped it and no one had cleaned the parking lot. We didn’t necessarily feel the safest there either.

First of all the access to the hotel was not good. We drove around 3 times before we could find the access road. I called the hotel to find out how to get there and was put on hold and then they hung up. When I finally managed to find my way there the front door was broken and the lady at the desk whom I just called was on her cell phone and didn’t noticed that I was there. When we got to the room the key didn’t work so we had to go back down and she had programmed the card in wrong. The room had a bad odor and the furnishings were well worn. I will say that the bath was clean and the breakfast nice. I asked for a receipt as I checked out and was told that Expedia would send me one. I have yet to get my receipt. I was also charged a 100$ deposit which I thought was strange and I haven’t received that back yet either. I would not go back.

Ok scary road

Cold shower!
It was fine for the price, with a good breakfast and comfortable bed, but a cold shower! I turned the water all the way to the H, but no hot water, even after letting run!

Still under construction……
The hotel has been under construction for years. The lamps in our room were absolutely disgusting. The shades were moldy and the bases were covered in rust. There were 50 water spots on the ceiling and the ceiling in the shower had so much water damage it looked like it was going to cave in. Positives, breakfast was pretty good, the staff was nice, and the AC in the rooms worked well.

Wouldn’t stay here again.
This was an older hotel in need of some upgrades. The lamps were rusted. The room smelled like smoke. It was very humid inside the room. It appeared to be clean. There was only 1 person available to check people in and answer the phones, we 3 of us waited over 10 minutes due to a phone call. Maybe it was recently painted because there was paint splatter all over the floors. The pillows were very small and uncomfortable.
