The internet does not reach the room I got onto the margarita Ville internet from my room because the GN internet would not come up. Had to go down stairs to the starbucks and get on the internet

Comfortable place to stay the night

Pros: I liked everything
Cons: smoking is allowed in the casino. I smoked for years and now I don't. I am actually very much against it and don't like to be near it.
I was only in Biloxi one night. very tired and needed a place to stay. Very good experience. quiet room, comfortable bed and pillows, good ice cream and apple fritters in the hotel lobby. Just a nice place.

Pros: The location and amenities were great!
Cons: Parking on the hotel side.
The room was nicely appointed and clean. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room without an extra charge.

I was not impressed at all with my stay at this location. The tub was cracked and the clear wedges holding the glass door were hanging out. The clear water gate was not clean. The front desk did offer to switch me to another room but this was noticed at 1am. The bed was not bolted down, and there was a coffee maker in the room but no bottled water in the room. Even hotel 6 leaves at least a bottle of water in the room. Oh and there was a poor repair to the mirror frame. See pictures below. I expected a lot more from this hotel/casino for the money paid.

Not impressed

The hotel and casino itself it very nice . The room was comfy and clean but the whole check in process was so confusing and long . The staff at the front desk was not helpful. Did not tell us what floor our room was on or when checkout was . Did not tell us where to get a bellman for our luggage . The parking garage was confusing to get into the hotel side . I am a frequent customer of the buffet at the nugget and this time around it was terrible. I paid $30 to eat mash potatoes . There were barely any options . They did have crab legs but they were tiny and not good. I'm just not impressed at all with the service of this hotel. Nobody is friendly . I'm disappointed with this stay here . Valet and bellmen were quick to get our car and luggage .

Beautiful hotel

Pros: The staff was wonderful and the rooms were very nice.
Cons: I would prefer non-smoking casinos but that's me.
The room was very comfortable and clean. The blackout drapes were the most effective I have ever seen. This is important when one wakes up with the sun. The only downside to the whole thing is you may have to walk through the casino which can be smokey.
