I booked the stay online and never again. The option was 2 Queens or 1 King in a Premium room.
Got there and no King bed rooms were available and this at 4PM, at first available check-in time. Next, I asked the is would be a Premium room since I'm not getting the King I planned on. The lady at the desk says, No, they're all Regular rooms..... By this time I'm past angry and a guy whispered in her ear but loud enough for me to hear, All our rooms are premium
We go towards our room walking down a carpeted hallway that hasn't been vacuumed in a week, just a mess.
Our room shows the wear and tear of 10 years without a renovation.
Should've tried the Imperial Palace, $60 plus 2 free breakfast buffets!
