Roaches, horrible cigarette stench everywhere

Rooms, hall's and restaurants wreak of cigarettes and it's overwhelming. The food at small restaurant and buffet are overpriced and poorly made, greasy and spicey. No microwave or fridge in rooms. Bathroom remodeled, big soaker tub. Big balcony, comfortable beds and plenty storage. Walls thin, can hear speaking voices from next rooms. Vending machines on every floor, stocked but out of order. Stairs wreak of urine. Giant cockroach running on floor as I checked out, all staff ignored it, even after I and 2 other guests pointed it out.

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. It is very unfortunate that we did not meet your expectations. While we do try to mitigate the air quality, since smoking is permitted in our casino facility, it can be hard to mask when business levels are high. Thank you for your review of the rooms. We will be remodeling soon, and fridges will being to appear in all our guest rooms. The vending machines are all up and running again, sorry for the inconvenience. It is also unfortunate that the food was not to your liking. Our pricing is very competitive, I'm sure you will find but I can understand if the traditional creole and coastal seasonings we use in all our food can be a bit much for someone who is not used to food prepared this way. We do maintain a partnership with Orkin for regular pest control throughout our property.

Nice hotel close to the beach.

Pros: All rooms are non smoking.
Check in was very easy. Staff very friendly. Nice, clean room. Cookies were a surprise treat in the room from Flathau's a local company in Petal, MS.

Train woke us up

Small casino. Our bathroom vanity was beat up. A train woke us up that night and we heard it the next morning as well. Food was good at the buffet (the one and only place to eat). Staff was friendly. Free valet service. Had to purchase! The string for our gambling cards--should be FREE!

Weekend getaway

Got away for thanksgiving holidays to the casino. The staff was friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable. The casino was never overcrowded and the table games were very affordable. They had multiple $5.00 table 24/7. And $2.00 roulette tables. Motel buffet was very good. A little pricey but it was crab Friday. Only bad note was, my new car got hit in the lot and was never reported to us.

Valet brought wrong vehicle, said 2 tickets had same number ??? Took over hour to get cart to check out, called 2 times.

Treasure Bay was excellent

Our stay was wonderful. I had read a lot of reviews before staying and some were not so good and after checking in and staying I am confused as to why they were not excellent reviews because Treasure Bay was amazing and it's our new Biloxi favorite place.
