“Overall, the room was fine and did it's job for our time in Traverse City. It was nice, clean and I liked the setup of the room. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was better than most hotels. That being said, my first day there one of the maid staff was yelling and causing a ruckus to the point I thought she was going to up and quit. Then our first night we were awaked by the group across the hall from us around 1230am. They were knocking on each other's doors and speaking in loud voices……

“Good for the price and they allow dogs which is a plus. Room was clean, pool/hot tub was clean. The bed in my room was very creaky almost as if the base was cracked or broken. Cleaning staff knocked on my door twice in the morning to see if I was still in there, this was pretty unprofessional. Staff should not be bothering tenants the morning of their check out. Check out is at 11, and the rooms should be left alone until then.”

“The facility was very beautiful and clean, staff was extremely friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect- would definitely come back again!!”

“Another good Holiday Inn Express, it’s on the outskirts of town but the the driving to the restaurants / bars / attractions is super easy….. breakfast is also very good 👍”

“Great room for a great price - clean room & bathroom. Loved the coffee put in the room as well as the fridge/microwave.”

“My son and I stayed for four nights and paid for a 5 th night but had to leave early and they reimbursed me for half the price. Staff were very helpful and the amenities were great. Free breakfast was a plus.”

“The staff was so receptive to any request. We liked our location as we could walk out from our room to the beach. I would stay here again.”

“Room was clean. Bathroom is small.”

“Great location if you're staying on "that side" of TC. TC traffic is a mess, so plan your stay appropriately. This courtyard was super clean and great amenities. La Seniorita is a northern mi legendary restaurant and the last one is in the parking lot of this courtyard! Also, Sam's club is next door too. Starbucks is inside this courtyard and breakfast is available. No free coffee and complimentary breakfast. Awesome place to stay!”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Rooms/facilities just looked worn, out of date and sometimes dirty.”
