Despite the clean and updated interior, we found some issues. The beds squeaked and creaked, the walls were thin and we could hear everything in the hall and adjoining rooms, and there wasn't enough storage or comfortable sitting furniture. The couches in our suite were very uncomfortable. But the staff was nice, breakfast was good, and the locating was vey convenient.

Conveniently located near SUNY Binghamton. Check-in was quick. The young lady who checked us in was very courteous and pleasant. She helped to procure us plastic forks later in the evening. Great service. Loved the coffee and hot water station. Will return!

This hotel is friendly, welcoming, comfortable, and well-priced. Its proximity to Binghamton University makes it a great place to stay while visiting that area. The breakfast buffet, which is included in the room price, is another fine convenience. Our room (a suite for 3 people) could use a little TLC, but was spacious, quiet, and comfortable.

The lobby is warm and inviting with a stone fireplace. The breakfast area was very clean with many selections. The staff are helpful and courteous.

Nice rooms and helpful staff. The only hesitation of giving this a 5 star is that the bedroom quilts are too warm, even after turning the temperate way down.

Pretty good stay for 2 nights at thanksgiving time. Decent price. Nice pool and enjoyed the late checkout time. Breakfast was good. Room was pretty loud and temperature control was difficult.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times when visiting family. Last time it was a little dirty but I just assumed it was an off day. This time the room was filthy. I think the only thing done was changing the sheets. I took a Clorox wipe to surfaces that should’ve been cleaned (night stand, bathroom sink top, etc) and what I initially assumed were stains easily came off. To top it off the pull out couch in the main area smelled strongly of urine. The girl at the front desk was nice and it was nice to be able to have my dog with me for a $50 fee but they certainly aren’t using that money to clean the rooms. For the price I’d never stay here again, especially with kids and a dog there’s a huge risk of getting sick when staying a hotel that doesn’t clean.

The rooms were dingy, the curtain motor was broken so you couldn’t raise it, not enough lighting and one of the lights had a broken bulb that couldn’t be used, the carpet was very old and dingy and overall it just seemed pretty run down, definitely needs some work

The automated blinds in the room did not go up and were fully down. The nice staff tried to fix the issue as best as possible but it was broken, and couldn’t be resolved. I had to help with a make-shift solution using rope and string to keep one of the 3 blinds up. My wife is claustrophobic and has been struggling. We would like a refund. Thank you

Won’t be disappointed with this place
It was just a quick stop on our way to Hershey. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and there were fresh baked cookies at the front desk when we got back from dinner. Pool was a good size and water temp was nice and warm. Had dinner at Tully’s down the road, was excellent.

The pool was pristine, a little chilly but it was so clean. The room was very clean as well. There is parking right up front and there is always a hotel van parked there which is upsetting that they take a close parking spot that should be for guests instead of employee but that's the only complaint. We come here very time we're in town which is monthly.

My granddaughter & I had a wonderful 2 day stay at this Hampton Inn! The suite was so nice and clean, the pool and area was light filled & clean! Every staff person we met from the front desk to the breakfast staff and the cleaning staff was so helpful, friendly and welcoming!
