Overall this location is dependably safe & clean but does not have nearly enough parking -- the hotel had many people staying there for an American Legion function and it was not staffed in the restaurant for breakfast to handle the volume so we went to a local restaurant. Bathroom in room was small & posed some challenges, too.

Bring Earplugs

Not sure what was going on but getting to sleep before 2:00AM the two nights I was there was not possible with constant slamming of doors people running up and down the hall talking at high volume - reminded me of the weekends during the time I lived in residence at university - fond memories - but not so much when you need to be up early!

firm beds, cheap food.

Pros: Long pool! Great for laps. Good location.
Cons: Adjustable or softer beds.
The pool is great, no jacuzzi unfortunately. The beds are way too firm, we all woke up stiff and sore. The front desk forgot to give us breakfast vouchers. The food was okay, but low quality. Probably won't ever go back there. Would rather find a comfortable bed.

Used this hotel as an overnight stay heading towards NYC. Short stay. Room was clean and tidy.

Paper thin walls in small rooms.

Cons: Lower the prices. It's Binghamton.
Paper thin walls in small rooms. The channel change automatically on TV and realized the channel was being changed by person in next room. Could here people in the next room all night. Check out is all at 11am and I put the DO NOT DISTURB, yet house keeping tried to barge in at 9:30 in the morning.

very nice and incredible staff members

Pros: Staffs, cleanliness and food .
Cons: More stores like Boutiques inside.
Location: We were visiting Binghamton University.
We had a smaller room , but we were upgraded to a bigger room . The staff at that time Tisha and Mark were kind enough to accommodate our family. They went out of their way to make sure we had enough pillows, towels , blankets . I also observed that they were very kind to othersf members. We never had an experience like this . Also rooms were clean, bathrooms were nice and beautiful.

Room size

Room and bathroom very small. Only one person in the bathroom at work the time. Very limiting when getting ready to go out. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

There were no Newspapers available in the hotel or anywhere in the City before 8am. The elevator was broken necessitating this old man ascending 7 floors by stair.
