When we arrived at the hotel, it was after a long drive and my husband who just had knee surgery was in a lot of pain. But it was well before the check-in time. However, the staff found an available room for us, despite their busy-ness, and had us settled in very quickly. The room was extra spacious, right across the hall from the dining room and other amenities, and had a hot tub! It could not have been more perfect, and my husband and I are so grateful for the extra care we were given.
