Enjoyed our stay. Wonderful front desk staff, and housekeeping. Excellent breakfast. Good variety. Had hot and cold items. Hot items such as eggs, sausage, roasted potatoes. The suite we had was clean and very spacious. Bed comfortable. Being less than a mile from Binghamton U. was a big plus for us. Would definitely stay again.

Cet hôtel était mon préféré lorsque je descendais en Floride. J'avais toujours hâte d'arriver à cet hôtel. Cet hôtel se détériore de plus en plus. L'odeur dans l'hôtel et dans la chambre est très désagréable. Le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur de ce que c'était. Beaucoup moins de choix de fruits, les muffins ne sont plus variés et ils sont minuscules. Je ne vous parle pas du reste. Rien à voir avec avant. Je ne ferai plus de détour pour me rendre à cet hôtel. Le prix a beaucoup trop augmenté pour l'offre de services. C'est vraiment désolant.

Saved breakfast!!
Overnight stay, very happy with every thing. We just missed the morning breakfast but the staff went above and the call and rounded up some breakfast items for us. Would definitely go back. .

Very nice room with comfy king bed. Sofa bed was better than most. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very goid with a wide variety of waffles, eggs, bacon, breads, etc. Good location. Woyld stay again.

The shower door was broken and fell entirely off the track as I was trying to close it at the beginning of my shower. It was missing a roller at the top, which explains why it was not able to slide. I feel property management should have already been aware of this issue and should have ensured it was fixed before the room was rented out. Someone could have been seriously injured if that big, heavy, glass door landed on them the wrong way while naked in the shower. I reported it to the front desk upon checkout, so I hope the problem is fixed before someone checks in again. We also found the pool hours to be a bit strange: 9 am-11 pm. That is a very late opening for people who tend to check out between 9-10 am. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly and I quite enjoyed interacting with them.

One of the best stays we have had in years. Friendly staff, easy booking, easy check in and out, great breakfast selection, comfortable stay and clean room. The ladies who clean the rooms were extremely kind, friendly and pleasant. My husband has dementia and enjoyed their pleasant conversation while walking down the hallway.

Our room was incorrect at check in (had reserved a one bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and placed in a studio with 1 king bed). They did their best to accommodate us on a sold out night. Fridge was dirty. Front desk was so helpful and pool was small but the kids enjoyed it still!
