Convenient location

Posted Sep 20, 2015
Pros: Price and convenient location.
Cons: The shower, either had low water pressure or needs a new shower head.
Room was clean and fine, particularly for the price. the shower was somewhat lacking, either due to the water pressure or the shower head.

close to everything

Posted Sep 19, 2015
I was there for 2 nights for a dog show in the area. I like that it was right off the highway, plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall right there. The grounds were well kept. My room was small but clean. It was quiet at night-key for me. The only negative I could say about it was that the shower fixtures need to be replaced-they worked ok, but were obviously old and had a lot of hard water deposits on them. I would definitely stay again.

Room smelled musty

Posted Sep 17, 2015
Pros: Was near the highway.
Cons: Room smell.
Location: Across the street from the mall, but no easy way to cross the highway on foot.
The hotel is OK for the price. However, the room smelled like they tried to cover up a smoke or musty smell with something else. Also, the sheets had stains on them.

Indifferent staff, cold water, not so safe feel.

Posted Sep 16, 2015
Keeping in mind we spent half our trip in a hunting camp with no running water and loving it, this place was really bad. My family was scared by construction workers calling down from the balcony drinking beer and smoking making comments about us being from tx and asking us our room number to help guide us to our room. The room was okay actually, we had low expectations and don't worry about worn non updated rooms. It did have a small fridge and coffee, although only decaf (not a big help to a family who wanted to get going super early the next day). We woke up at 5:30 to get out of this scary place, drank my decaf (lol) and was greeted by a freezing cold shower...no exaggeration freezing. Since it was our last running shower before camp we dealt with it. I went to check out and mentioned the cold water, no apology or money off the stay just a " we know, we're working on it" from an older man. No breakfast . I am trying to stay positive on this vacation so I didn't argue. We went to wegmanns across the street and spent $25 on great coffee biscuits and eggs ( and warmed up). If we did it again we'd pay extra for one of the other hotels with breakfast and safer feel/better service hot water. 2 younger staff the night of check in were pleasant. We took chances with cheaper motels all the way to Maine and back to PA and were so happy. This is the only one that didn't pay off. I'm being as positive as possible but if you're bringing a family go somewhere else.

Ok per una notte di passaggio

Posted Sep 14, 2015

Pros: Location is good off the highway and close to a lot of shopping and dining.
Cons: Air conditioning units are a mess. Every room we passed had a puddle with mold, mildew and moss growing on it.
Location: Very close to shopping and dining. Lots to do!
There was a puddle in the room from the air conditioning leaking. Puddle outside the room with mold and mildew from air conditioning leaking. Air conditioner vent in room was full of dust balls and very musty smelling. Both my husband and son woke up with congestion in the morning. Bathroom is so small that you could barely turn around in it.

Good Location, disappointing experience.

Posted Sep 13, 2015
Having stayed previously at this hotel we expected a decent room and a comfortable nights sleep. The pillows were terrible (hard and very uncomfortable). the shower water pressure was extremely high almost to the point of pain. The tub was filled with 6" of bath water during a 10 min shower and the tub leaked all over the floor making the exit from the bathroom extremely dangerous. The AC worked well but woke us several times during the night with very very loud noises. Also had to go to the office for an ironing board and iron.Almost all hotels have in room irons - but it had a room safe and a full room service menu!! We resolved that this is the last time we stay here despite the "low" $158 two night deal.

Nice hotel opposite a shopping mall.

Posted Sep 10, 2015
Very nice and quiet hotel. It is located opposite a shopping mall with a nice food store (Wegmans) and it is a 10 minute drive from Binghamton University. The room was clean and spacious. I lived here for a week and the experience was quite pleasant. The superior king room includes a small fridge and a microwave. I would stay here again.
