Our room was very clean and had all the extras some may need like fridge, microwave, coffee pot and coffee. Building was also very well kept and staff very friendly. Breakfast is included with your stay, bread, bagels or waffles was the option. Fridge and yogurt would be great grab and go options to add!

The staff was very informative and friendly. The facilities were spotless and accommodating. The only problem was finding it -- it's on a spur off the main road.

Cold Comfort… want a refund….
Got there at 4pm, our room wasn’t clean. Soap and towels from the last guests still sitting in bathroom and garbage not changed. The bed sheets in room one had large stains on them (likely a squirter?) and long black hairs all over the bed sheets. Looked like someone had spilt something on the floor and all over the bed frame. We asked for the room to be cleaned again, so the cleaner kicked us out of the room to clean but he only changed the bedsheets. Room number two stunk like wet cigarette butts, and the heat did not work. So they moved my friends to the room across the hall, which smelled even worse and the sink didn’t drain properly. Bathroom had a distinct sewage like odour so my friends had to come and use the bathroom in room one.

The room was mostly clean. There were stains on the comforter and the sheets. There was no place to hang your towels in the bathroom. There is no smoking in the hotel yet I could smell weed being smoked.

Room was cold when I checked in but heater worked well. Bed very comfortable. Room was nice and quiet. And as an EV owner, was very happy there was a Level 2 charger on site.

WORST HOTEL I’VE EVER STAYED AT! The price should have been a red flag but from the unfriendly check-in process (they also take a $60 cash damage deposit to check in) to the check-out process where they don’t remind you about the security deposit hoping you forget and they take it as income, it would be a 0 star if I could give it one. We had mold on the lamp in our room and the window curtains/bedsheets had suspicious stains on them. The staff had an Ozone machine on in the hallway with no warning (odor killing machine that releases gas to kill bacterias with bad smells; which is POISONOUS FOR HUMANS TO HAVE PROLONGED EXPOSURE TO). The website advertises a gym but there is none and the breakfast waffles are usually out ASAP). Don’t go here!!

I drove all night. Got to hotel around noon. Tried to check in a little early and was told NO, that rules were rules and couldn't check in till 2 pm. So I waited, then finally when able to check in. She said it was extra for 2 dogs even though I was standing by a sign that says "your pet stays free. I have stayed at many Red Roof Inns before, never have I had to pay for another dog. She was so rude I couldn't stay there. I had paid for the room but stayed at another hotel and will NEVER stay at a Red Roof again. I called Red Roof corporate and after 28 minutes of being on hold, I finally hung up! So I paid for room and only got back smugness, arrogance and rudeness. I'm on SS, and on a fixed budget, I resent having to waste my money over a rude employee.

Let me humbly apologize for the inconvenience these issues may have caused. Red Roof loves pet and yes, we do have a pet free policy. However, it is important to note that some of properties accept 2 pets so that's probably why you were never charged. This location adheres to a strict one pet per room policy and if an additional pet should stay at their discretion then there is an additional fee attached to that. Your concern was you paid for the room but you never stayed because you were unsatisfied with the services. The room we were in was right by the stairs and exit door, and people were constantly coming and going. There was so much noise it was hard to sleep.

Window in first floor room didn’t lock. Completely unsafe. Complained, nothing was done. No other rooms were available. Went to local Home Depot, bought a 24” 2x4 to prevent window from being opened by placing in window slide channel. Will never ever go to a Red Roof Inn again. Their complete disregard with the safety issue … mind blowing.
