Staff was very nice until an accident took place that I unfortunately didn’t have time to stop and tell the office about before heading into work first thing in the am. Not to mention they have absolute no respect for your privacy. They will knock one time wait long enough for you to get out of the bathtub and then immediately try to walk in even when you say “be right there”. Also they will enter your room when you’re not there and do a “walk through inspection”. Which means they have to be watching for when you leave to know when you’re not in the room
This is the most depressing property! Stay away! Looks NOTHING like the photos. Do not be fooled! They claimed renovations in the dining room so we never saw the room that is in the photos. Instead we ate in one of the depressing rooms of the property with 3 tiny tables for the entire property! It was awful. We booked this property because of its vicinity to the university and because it offered breakfast like a typical Marriott. It was anything but! We actually left after the first night of our two night stay. We complained to Expedia and requested a refund. Especially considering the amount we paid for this booking. However Expedia told us that Marriott would not provide refund as it was a non refundable booking. Very disappointed in both Marriott and Expedia. I’ve booked thousands of dollars with Expedia and was very disappointed in my service for this situation. I’m not one to complain or leave bad reviews but this was terrible. On a positive note though the place was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the linen smelled fresh. Other than that it might as well have been a Motel 6. At least it would have been cheaper.

I understand there were renovations being done, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. There was someone else's contact lens case right under my bed, no way you could miss it unless you completely ignore that are around the bed.
Staff is lovely tho- great price and I appreciate the ability to cook. However pans are hard to find
The accommodations are everything you need. Clean unit, friendly service.

Good space with one problem
The bed was great, and the overall space was very good, but there was a significant gap between the bottom of the door to the outside and the ground. It let in a really cold draft that I ended up blocking with an extra towel with moderate success. Also, I found a large earthworm had crawled in during the night, two separate times. If they just closed up that gap, I think the room would have been fine.

I love the property had a pool, the hotels were like town home apartments with a full kitchen and fridge and they provided cook wear and utencils. Very spacious. The only down side is the neighborhood isn’t walkable

Check in was a right. Lily spoiled us last visit. Our room was top notch and comfy. Noisy neighbors above us until 1:30 but we left smiling and happy. Desk host in the morning is a complete gentleman; friendly, helpful and had a warm smile. Definitely a place we will pick to stay again.

Lily was very friendly kind and knowledgeable. Her excellent skills at time of check in should be taught to every hotel chain. Thank you Lily for making this part of the trip enjoyable. We celebrated my aunts 80th birthday with a surprise party for her and on Sunday we had dinner with my children at a local restaurant.

The upper hinge on the bathroom door was very loose. I had to lift up on the handle to get the door to close.
