5 Star prices with 3 Star delivery

Overall complex would be a good place but totally overpriced food and Drinks combined with a bad service. You get much better price value in Bali or Lombok. Recommend not to go there.

Pleasant stay by the sea.

Overall a pleasant stay. Staff are very friendly, helpful and aim to please. Location of the resort is by a nice beach and very near to other restaurants and a resort and sea sports centre which has various activities to keep you occupied. However, almost everything in the resorts area is expensive as they cater mainly to Singaporeans. F&B prices are comparable to prices of restaurants in Singapore so you won't find cheap food anywhere. You'll have to eat in the restaurants too as the nearest town is about 1 hour drive away. Food quality is average. Be warned. If you don't mind spending a bit, then this place is pretty good for a short beach getaway.

Old and outdated resort

Even though we were in a renovated room, the room and feel of the whole resort felt old and rustic.

Dried Bloodstains on bedsheet!

Pros: Service was good....................................................
Cons: Cleaniness of the room and especially bedsheets can be improved. Found dried bloodstains on the bedsheet and my daughter woke up with bug bites on her face, leg and hands.

Not disappointing but close

The 3D2N stay was relatively normal. The main restaurant (Coffeeshop) was closed was renovation and we had to take our breakfast at the Poolside Restaurant, which was not air-conditioned and the air circulation was not good. Requested for a queen-sized bed as my toddler girl was travelling with us but the hotel did not adhere to the request. They said that there were no rooms with queen-sized bed available. However, after my wife insisted, they did managed to get a room for us but was down-graded from 3rd floor to 1st floor.

Great family hotel!

Pros: Thw service and the food was the best part of the hotel. The rooms and facilities are dated but the service is amazing and the food was great!
Cons: The overall facilities are dated, the room wasn't comfortable.

Less than expected

We had to wait 2 hours for the room and the hotel was nearly empty. From a deluxe i expected more confort and cleanness. The Animals in the Hotel Zoo are treated very badly. This should be forbidden.

Great hotel to stay at!

Pros: Pool and beach Friendly staffs Shuttle services
Cons: Hotel room that is a little under maintained
Location: Water sports Food at The Kelong Beach and drinks
It was a pleasant trip for us to stay at Nirwana Resort Hotel! The hotel basically provided everything you need! Friendly staffs that always greet you! Would like to thank Mr. Salim for his suggestions and his warm and kind service for us during our stay at the hotel! It was great to have someone who can provide us useful tips to explore around during our stay! Hotel was great but the room was a little under expectation as the normal wear and tear was seen. If Hotel operator could put more effort on the maintenance of room, it would be the best place to stay at during your Bintan trip. Food around the hotel vicinity is a little pricey so please bring your card or extra cash. The best food would be at The Kelong Seafood Restaurant!!! A cozy place with sea view to have your meal!
