Not disappointing but close

The 3D2N stay was relatively normal. The main restaurant (Coffeeshop) was closed was renovation and we had to take our breakfast at the Poolside Restaurant, which was not air-conditioned and the air circulation was not good. Requested for a queen-sized bed as my toddler girl was travelling with us but the hotel did not adhere to the request. They said that there were no rooms with queen-sized bed available. However, after my wife insisted, they did managed to get a room for us but was down-graded from 3rd floor to 1st floor.

We are sorry to hear that the Poolside Restaurant is not up to your expectation, as there are live cooking stations, the restaurant is an al fresco dining setting and we always do our best to accommodate our guests request for rooms and beds however that is also subjected to its availability.
