We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it’s apparent in this case, we fell short. At the time you were staying with us, our power system has encountered an unexpected problems. For the inconvenience it caused, we are deeply sorry. We are sad to hear that your mother had undergone such incident inside the bathroom during the blackout. We did have emergency lights in every room. Our emergency light required manual switch on and the switch is located under the room key card slot. We're also currently taking steps to upgrade some of our room and hotel facilities. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, we could ensure you that your check in experience would be better and our services has improving.
