Equal to expectations

Remodeling during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Older hotel being updated. All in worth the money we paid.

Pros: Location
Cons: Bed was a bit too firm for me
Location: Birch Run shopping and Frankenmuth
Comfortable room for what you pay for. Great location for Birch Run shopping and very close to Frankenmuth.

Great staff made up for hotel undergoing renovation. Front desk staff offered a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival. Rooms are barely used. Great beds. Limited TV channels. Breakfast was so-so,

Nice hotel not far from Frankenmuth

Despite the hotel undergoing renovations we enjoyed our stay. The pool is a little small but we had it to ourselves most of the time. I liked that it wasn't too deep, 4 ft on the deep end, so I didn't have to worry about the kids not being able to reach. Hot tub was great. We really enjoyed the breakfast set up. The line moved fast and there were plenty of tables to sit. We didn't feel squished and it had a nice atmosphere. The staff took our drink orders and even walked around with fresh cinnamon rolls on trays. We were having car issues and not only did the hotel allow us a late check out but they also let us sit on the couches in the lobby for 2 hours with our 4 kids. We were so appreciative that we weren't asked to leave. Other than a small pool the only complaint I have is that the room was super hot when we came in. It would have been nice to have the AC on already. It was 90 degrees outside the day of our stay. The hotel is going to look great when all the renovations are complete!

Not what the website shows or implies Under construction felt unclean throughout the main entrance has a very musty smell throughout the hotel.

Nice staff terrible hotel

Could have been better maintenance. Some baseboards missing in halls. Had to unplug tv and plug it back it every time we watched just to get sound to work. I won't stay there again. The staff was friendly though.

Frankenmuth Car Show

Pros: It was close to Frankenmuth where our event was held.
Cons: The hotel need renovation with lighter colors and more light.
Location: Much to do, shopping, Frankenmuth the town has a lot of events and shops.
The hotel was nice. Price was high for what you receive. Staff was above board when it came to service.

Close to Outlet Mall

Pros: Staff and location
Cons: Pool and hot tub need to be working, or change the write up to no pool and hot tub.
Location: It is off highway 69 and a 5 minute drive to Outlet mall . Lots of shopping.
The pool and hot tub are not available. The write up for hotel listed said it was. That is why I chose this hotel. All staff are professional and very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is being remodeled. About a 5 minute drive to the Outlet Mall and 15 to 20 minutes to Frankenmuth. I would stay again.

No signage at driveway entrance. I had to drive through a neighbouring property to access the hotel. Driveway is a steep entry down from the highway, making it difficult to access and exit. There were lots of signs posted for parking of cars for the car show, but nothing for Hotel Registration. I had to circle the entire property looking for the Registration entrance. Apparently the hotel was being painted, therefor the signs were down.
