Nice Hotel close to outlet mall and historic town

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The proximity to the outlet mall, and the historic town of Frankenmuth made the hotel a great choice.

Good location, renovation ongoing, electric outlet covers missing, TV selections minimal, slow room makeup, average breakfast Would not be my first choice of accommodations in the Frankenmuth area

Nice hotel, great breakfast

We stayed for 1 night to go to Zenders Splash park the following day. The room was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities you may need. The breakfast that was included the next day was awesome. We were just expecting a continental as is usually what you get with a breakfast included price but this was a full on breakfast with omelets and a waffle bar! We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Pros: Good bed ,
Cons: Every thing but bed could be improved,should remove the newly refurbished,info on phone line needs to be deleted
Location: Location great, amenities poor
Poorly cleaned,pool cloudy,hot tub dirty ice cube machine non- potable (signed) toilet paper, 4 sheets no backup, no bread at breakfast no Kleenex in room carpets poorly up-kept,

Older hotel, air conditioning did not work well.

Very old but seemed pretty clean. Toilet did not work well. It was too hot to sleep; the air conditioning did not cool the room on the lowest setting and would shut down intermittently. We got pretty sick after eating the pizza from the on site restaurant.

Not bad!

It's located right by the highway, the entrance to the hotel is kind of hard to see and when you get in, the layout of the structure can be confusing, but it wasn't a bother. The breakfast was waffles, eggs, sausage and orange juice and they brought it to me because I had to wait a couple minutes( no big deal), The room was good, the A/C pumped out the cold air and the shower had boiling hot water that I needed after a hard day. The outside entrance did not have a key card entry which made.me Leary about security but it was HEAVILY lit up in the parking lot and ended up being extremely quiet and peaceful.

Used to be excellent.

In the past when I stayed here it was a great place. I recommended it to everyone. This time however, was absolutely terrible. This hotel seems to be in a constant state of construction. The pool area is not easily accessible from the outer buildings without walking through a construction zone. I made a reservation weeks in advance. The lady at the front desk was rude and did not seem to want to be bothered. I was charged for an upgraded single Queen room, however was given a standard room. The curtains, floors and Windows were filthy and the bed seemed to be broken down and dirty. Even after I had told housekeeping that I did not need servicing that day, I left to go shopping. Upon returning it was obvious someone had been in my room. I did not stay for the final night and checked out early. (Was still charged full price for the night though)
