Disappointing room

Posted Aug 18, 2017
The room qualities were very poor: Room smells bad, bed was not comfortable at all and duvet was very hot even with the air conditioning on, WiFi signal was very poor, TV still not digital and there were no fridge. No what you expected from a 4 stars hotel

Hilton Stay

Posted Aug 17, 2017
Great friendly olace to stay. But please be aware that it is not the place to stay if you are lacking in cash funds. Everything is overly priced, it's not a silver service type place but seems to think it is. Though everything is kept and aranged nicely it is just to exspensive if you are gigging at the Nec or traveling on..

Really conveniently located for trip to Drayton Ma

Posted Jul 30, 2017
We stayed here as a family of 4 with a 3 and 4 year old. The room was clean and we took them to the swimming pool in the early evening which wore them out so they slept! The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations and the children loved the 'magic' pancake and toast makers. .. we loved the coffee. Staff all very helpful, rooms comfortable and pool nice... overall impressed... it would be nice of parking was included in the price of the stay but it wasn't as expensive as it could have been .

Convenient location, ridiculous prices

Posted Jul 17, 2017
Convenient location with great transport links to Birmingham. Unfortunately due to its remote location the prices in the restaurant and bar are ridiculous, £19.50 for two glasses of white wine (actually asked for rose didn't even get that right). Staff knowledge of menu and wine choice was exceeding poor. I would be reluctant to stay here again, I've previously stayed at the crown plaza nearby, which was a much better experience

Pros: Good location, close to NEC. Good breakfast.
Cons: The cleanliness of the pool area especially the changing rooms in not adequate. The pool staff also not very helpful.
The hotel is very big, can take a while to get to the room if you don't get lost.

Noisy and over crowded

Posted May 29, 2017
Was given a room near to very loud music. So loud windows vibrated. TV in room did not work (fixed after calling). Lobby full of party goers. Ambulance on site at 0400 for them. Security people hanging around. Very over priced and would not recommend.
