Very nice hotel it’s the only one I’ve slept properly in very clean and polite staff
Rooms are a little small but can't fault otherwise in every aspect - good service and great staff! Brilliant value for money!
Lovely hotel but was let down by breakfast - expected more from the hotel. Staff were not paying any attention, food cold, machines out of order - 15mins after breakfast started. Not a great choice. Premier Inn breakfast is far superior.
Good, clean, modern hotel in the suburbs of Birmingham. Decent room , pleasant staff, although rather pedestrian service .
A very clean and well looked after hotel. The room was a good size and had all basic facilities. The surroundings are peaceful.
Staff were very friendly, easy check in & the rooms were clean
The hotel was very close to the ICC where the conference was being held.
The hotel was very convenient to the canal side area and to the night life of Broad Street.
Love the hotel and it’s the only one we’ll stay at when in Birmingham. Great location and great rooms. The biggest negative is their bar. The staff are so uninterested and so disengaging and none looked like they even wanted to be there. Actually, they’re bordering on rude at times. No sign whatsoever ...
