For the price we paid I thought it would have been better.The room was so small and the beds were hard. There was hair in the floor,someone else toothpaste under the sink, and mold in the shower. The air conditioner made crazy noises all night. What topped it off was the tv did not get all the channels so we had to go to lobby to watch a big football game with no sound. It did not seem like the front desk staff even cared. We will not go back we will go back to the Hilton from now on where we can get big comfy room and free breakfast.

Please accept my apology for the disappointing stay. The issues you encountered are not acceptable and I have addressed the appropriate personnel to ensure we share a vision of excellence in our service and accommodations. I share your frustrations with the TV issues and they have now been resolved. It was horrible timing for a receiver to be out during football season.
