Straight Shot to Downtown

Pros: Location. Professional staff.
Location: Great little neighborhood for walking, nice stores and restaurants.
Convenient to Downtown, yet nestled in an area of small restaurants and shops. All within walking distance. Nice large lobby. Easy parking.

Hotel Very Sparse

Hotel is ok but just not to my taste. Sliding mirror door to commode weighs a ton and was impossible for 90 year old mom to move.

Aloft Homewood fan

Weather was bad & I didn't want to drive home which is 2 hrs away! Great price, great area, great hotel!

Clean hotel. Pricey, wouldn't stay on my dime. =)

Friendly service. I checked in on a day where everyone had just checked out (Sunday). So I was able to ask the front desk to get me the highest floor with a view. And they gladly did it. Great staff. Things were always clean. They also have an option to request no "turn down service" and they will give you $5 credit towards their bar/food area.

For the price we paid I thought it would have been better.The room was so small and the beds were hard. There was hair in the floor,someone else toothpaste under the sink, and mold in the shower. The air conditioner made crazy noises all night. What topped it off was the tv did not get all the channels so we had to go to lobby to watch a big football game with no sound. It did not seem like the front desk staff even cared. We will not go back we will go back to the Hilton from now on where we can get big comfy room and free breakfast.

I share your frustrations with the TV issues and they have now been resolved. It was horrible timing for a receiver to be out during football season. Modern and cool

Just okay

Location: The one reason I continue to stay here is the proximity to some good restaurants like Real and Rosemary.
The lobby feels like a meat locker it is so cold. It is so uncomfortable that it's not pleasant to hang out in the lobby or get a drink at the bar. This is my 3rd time to stay at this location and the temp in the guest rooms is either too hot or freezing. It is difficult to adjust the thermostat on the wall ac unit to make it comfortable.
