Nice Hotel close to shopping stores eating places

Pros: price was reasonable breakfast was good managers reception was nice rooms were cleaned just be out in time.
Cons: let customers know to be out of the rooms early enough to be cleaned or have the maid stay later
The Hotel was nice we had a problem the 1st day we stayed in the room a little longer due to a long drive about 12 hours the do not disturb sign was on the door, we was out of the room by 1:30pm when we got back to the hotel the room was not clean and no clean towels sheets or pillow cases the receptionist on duty that evening did give us some towels and sheets but did not have any pillow cases and said the maids get done quick and out with clean that you have to be out of the room with the sign off in time she was not very pleasant we did get a chance to speak with a manager before we left on the last day and he did offer a sincere apology Thanks!

Ok hotel but wouldn't stay again

Location was fine, was easy to get to. Staff was nice and easy to work with. The room was big and had plenty of room. Jacuzzi tub was well worth everything else that was wrong. The downside: it took all night for the air conditioner to cool the room, was almost sweating when I tried to sleep - finally got cold well after midnight. The TV took literally 15 minutes to turn on, wouldn't even turn on when I manually pushes the on button on the tv itself. And in the middle of the night it turned on completely by itself. This mixed with the air conditioner I didn't get much sleep at all. Finally, there was no shampoo for the shower.

It has always been a beautiful stay,,, the breakfast is always good,,,, and the manager which is there in the mornings always makes us feel very welcome,,, and this is where we will stay everytime we stay in Birmingham......

Me and my children were bitten by bed bugs in this hotel. Management moved us to another room.

Baseball Trip

The lady at the desk was very nice and friendly. GM Rony Naik was nice and outgoing. He was always around making sure you were ok. The food was great. Big hand for the lady in the kitchen.

Everyone was pleasant. Rooms clean which is important to us. We stayed near family we were visiting in the area. Restaurants are near by. In-Door pool
