Clean and Great Service

My husband and I were in the area with our Motorcycle. We were super pleased with the Cleanliness and Service we received at this hotel. We will always use this hotel when were in the area.

Pros: It had our room ready for us and excellent check in time and great staff.
Location: Location great close to the Doctor I go to, food and shops
Love location was great and staff members always say hello coming and going, The food was very good has all you would want to eat. When checking in the check in clerk would come around the desk and had you the key to your room, very nice greeting. We visit Doctors in Birmingham so it is often times we are there always recommend your Hotel.

The pool

The pool had a dark black scum ring around it and was set at 105° the cleanliness of the pool Was sick. The rooms are not set up for families ! the glass door of the bathroom did knot give you the privacy you need!

The hotel was very close to major freeways, restaurants and shopping. There was even a major meducal center right across the street if an emergency occurred during your stay. The hotel employees went above their duties to accommodate me during my stay which I was greatful for. I am so glad that I chose Marriott!

Super renovated room.

This Marriott has refreshed their rooms and they are modern, comfortable and functional. Great check-in and check-out. Friendly staff. Nice location close to The Summit shops and movie theatre. Reasonably priced breakfast buffet for this type of hotel. Very pleasant stay.

Great Hotel

Pros: the room is very clean and the staff is great.
Cons: Just the elevator. The staff probably should have notified the guests.
Location: i went to a great restaurant 7 minutes from the hotel.
Overall great hotel. Super nice and comfortable. One of the elevators was down so that caused a big inconvenience so i just took the stairs down.

Nice hotel, good location

Pros: Location, amenities
Cons: Needs updating, which appears to be currently in progress. Bathroom ceiling looked like it could cave in at any moment.
This has historically been a great place to stay, as long as there are no major events that make parking super inconvenient, and/or construction going on all day Saturday and starting at 8:00 on Sunday morning. Also, a credit card was requested upon check-in, even though the room was paid for in full, supposedly for "incidentals." I had no clue that would result in a $100 charge that I wasn't expecting. I was promised that it would "fall off" overnight, and it's Monday and that hasn't happened yet.

Okay hotel, good service and staff!

Got stuck on the 3rd floor where they were dong construction work but after a request to the staff they kindly moved me up to a better room. Always request a room on the 4th floor or above. Lobby and bar is amazing! All around a pretty decent hotel, staff are very accommodating and welcoming :)

great place to stay

Location: nice part of town
Had a great experience with my family. Only negative was that there are only two elevators for the entire place and one was not working. Glad our room was on the second floor as we used the stairs a lot.
