The staff was not professional or courtesy. Very cold you need to send shoppers

The property was closest to where we needed to be (office/work) - the lobby was nice/inviting...beyond that - my room was dirty; bathroom tired/outdated and as you use the shower or toilet can see debris on floors/corners, etc.

Even though I booked this room well in advance, staff tried to downgrade the room. Disappointed in a well known hotel chain . Although not the most expensive certainly not cheap.

Hotel was nice, needs some upgrading. Bathroom floor was dirty and tile cracked. Beds were comfortable

There was laundry left from previous visitors still in the room. The sink was very slow to drain. Floors were dirty.
