This hotel was very dated. It was raining and the roof was leaking. The breakfast area was not very clean. The pool was green and very gross! The sheets on the bed were stained.

This hotel needs upgrading. The lighting is poor. Not very clean.

Good location, Vestavia, adjacent to I-65 and food

Pros: Room was clean, had a LCD TV, AC/heater worked, beds were comfortable. The bath was clean and the water was hot. Adequate breakfast items.
Cons: Back door security, key card reader on room door, rewire light switches between the beds to switch on the right lamps. They were backwards.
Location: Location near I-65, close to some food establishments, close to Hoover (baseball tournament).
Check in was easy, location was easy to find on US31 near I-65. Housekeeping missed refreshing/cleaning the room one night of our stay. The back door into the hall from outside had a broken lock. No key card necessary to enter the building. The key card reader on the room door was flaky, it took several attempts to open the door. Even though it was on US 31, the room was quiet.

Terrible experience

Our room was dirty, the carpet had holes in it and our comforter had cigarette burn holes on it. Sketchy and loud neighbors made it hard to feel safe. The property was covered in trash as well.

Do not stay

Rooms very dirty, housekeeping will come in at 8am when most people are still asleep, toilets don't flush, no water in pool. Lots of drug deals in the parking lot and cops always there. They make the pictures look great on their website, however wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy.

Cons: fix the problems.
Location: I was there for a graduation
I was unable to charge any of my equipment. I saw water bugs in the hotel

Bed bugs

The staff was very nice and professional at check in. The location was great easy access to the interstate and shops. But the room had bed bugs and when I told manage he told me me that he never had any complaints before as if I was lying and I have the marking to prove it. Will never stay there again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Mildew through out the facility, pool was filthy and broken a major health risk, should be closed by the health and safety Inspector.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in..

The room was filthy. Pool had green sludge in it. Cigarette holes in the covers. Dingy bath clothes and towels. Stuffy and dark. Worst part of my vacation in Alabama. Terrible!

meets the need of a stop-over

Pros: location, fridge in room
Cons: shower
Location: plenty around within 10-15 minutes bad local traffic at rush hour
ok stay. older property terrible tub/shower but fridge in room, tv was ok and at least had Showtime. i have gotten more for less, but rate "drove" me here and it worked. i would stay again if the rate was right, but would try another at the same rate make sure you get address directions from hotel site, you wont like the neighborhoods the google link takes you too. thank goodness it was during the day.
