Noisy

Although the room was clean, it was outdated. We had police there one morning with some sort of problem in a room, and dogs barking until close to midnight in another room. That resulted in four hours of sleep as I had to get up at 3:45 to catch my flight. As I checked out that morning I grabbed a banana at the breakfast bar. The man at the front desk told me they didn't start serving until six. I asked him if he was not going to allow me to take a banana. He didn't respond and I took my banana and left.

Close to the stardome comedy club

Had a busy weekend in the Birmingham area

Location: The hotel is across the road from one of the biggest shopping malls The Galleria , you can shop shop, and Patton Creek Mall is a 1/2 mile away
Brigette the hotel clerk was the best, she made our short stay a pleasant one. Her friendly demeanor, attitude was a pleasure, I will book here again.

Great hotel close to mall and shopping centers!

Pros: I like the reasonable rate, location and breakfast area setup.
Cons: I did not like that the room door opened outside but I did not experience any problems.
Location: The mall is within 4 minutes drive. There are lots of shopping areas and restaurants.
I arrived late and my room was still available. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The check in process was easy. My room was clean and spacious. Room temperature was adjustable which was great. The bed was comfortable.

Good price and location

Breakfast hot and fresh. Staff helpful and friendly. An electric outlet or two did not work other than that would stay again.

Nothing negative about our 3 day stay

Maybe paying $150.00 at another facility would have more amenities, but I don't see how it could have made out stay any better. Good value for the money.
