Rooms reeked of smoke and there were cockroaches!

Not good. We had no choice since we needed a place for the night before continuing our journey...

Great last minute choice.

A last minute need for a place had me looking on Expedia for a place for the night. Great choice. Comfortable room with a good, free breakfast.

A couple of the outlets didn't work, so had to search for an outlet to plug in my charger, but other than that it was fine.

Just passing through

We were just stopping for the night on our way through the state. It's very close to many shopping and dining options, even a Costco. Cleanest bathroom in our room we had on the entire trip.

Nice management, clean rooms

My stay was good but the cleaning crew claims they did not see my black beats pill speaker in my room that I left and stole it/

Nice hotel

Pros: The bed and bathroom. The breakfast was a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, and grits.
Location: Located across the street from the Galleria Mall plus it was an easy return to the interstate.
Stopped here on our way back home to Charlotte, NC. The room was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. It was very quiet and very clean.

The area was really nice - lots of food/shopping. The only part I was upset about was that our reservation somehow got cancelled. Was NOT happy about that. The person at the desk was very helpful at getting us rooms. Still don't know how our reservation was cancelled.

Convenient hotel to shopping, restaurants.

Pros: It was convenient to shopping centers, restaurants and attractions; while being affordable and comfortable.
Cons: The cleaning staff needs a checklist, so things like the coffee maker don't get overlooked.
Location: Adjacent to Galleria and Patton Creek Center (shopping/restaurants). Close to Hoover Met and other attractions, 1 hour from University of Alabama
Check in was good, nice staff. Room was clean and comfortable, but somewhat cramped. Good breakfast. Staff failed to clean coffee maker or replenish supplies when the room was cleaned after the first night.
