The room itself was very clean. The halls and elevator areas need a bit more work.

Asked for towels and never got them, and called downstairs twice
Didn’t have hot water. Water was luke warm at best after running it for abt 10 minutes. Drain in bathroom sink took abt 30 minutes to drain completely.

Hotel in need of major renovations. Between the two rooms I reserved there were dirty floors, debris under the couch, mold in the shower, soap scum on the tub, and one of the rooms had a strong musty/moldy/smoke smell (530). I arrived at 3 but my rooms were not ready until 5. Check in was at 4, i was offered no compensation.

I didn’t have but one face towel in my room. The refrigerator was not clean and microwave was dirty. I did enjoy Ruth Chris inside the restaurant the breakfast was nice

The staff was nice, the hotel is nice but is older. It was clean but really needs an update. Welcome drinks and snacks every night and a Ruths Chris in lobby was nice.

Overall the room was fine to sleep in for a couple of nights. The tv wouldn’t turn on, the shower wouldn’t drain, the shower curtain was ripped in the curtain and there were two bulbs out. Maintenance replaced one of the bulbs during the stay.

The hidden fee of pet $80 and parking $5 should be stated clearly in website or third party websites. And the hotel is old and room phone broken. Not recommended

The only fee we charge (every hotel does), is the incidental fee, meaning if you charge food to the room, smoke in the room or damage the room, then the hotel keeps the fee (100) per day. If none of this happens, the fee is returned upon checkout. Most banks take between 3-5 business days. Hotel needs a deep steam cleaning. All floors downstairs and in rooms are extremely sticky. All Doors and walls are extremely dirty.

Very centrally located for business downtown. Service was great. Dining at the in house Ruth's Chris was more than you could ask for. Great food and drinks, was also able to watch the NFL games in the lounge.

The Embassy Suites may once have been nice but those days are long in its past. Aside from the fact they charge over $300 a night with taxes for a suite that only has double beds in it??? Not a queen bed in the whole hotel? You family of 4 is welcome to pack into one King bed or two doubles. Either way too crowed for all but the most patient on the sleeping front. The couch pulls out into more of a horror movie than another place to sleep. The front desk hit us up for another $100 for incidentals which didn’t include our crushed lamp sheds or missing door on the television stand. The fridge sits on the outdated carpet next to the bed like when you were a freshman at State. To call the place dirty might not be fair, but to call it clean would be outright lying so let’s leave it go at that. If peeling wallpaper and frayed furniture make you feel pampered then by all means, give them a try! Worst value for the price I’ve ever stayed at

I paid for a "pure" room with hill view. I even checked in through the app early on my arrival day, but when i got to the hotel, i was told the room i paid for was unavailable, and i was not given reimbursement for the difference in room rates. A "skunk" smell could be smelt in the hallways and even a little in the room we were given.
