Awful experience

Pros: The weekend front desk lady was so good and polite to us. She asked us about our night and we told her our experience and she looked and for a write u
Cons: Everything was bad. Need more cable stations too.
Location: Location was Hwy 280. Its in a great location. So much to do and great restaurants to eat at.
when arriving to get settled in our room we had roaches, the air conditioner didnt work, the doorknob was missing off the bathroom door. They gave us another room but it didnt have any blow dryer for hair, coffee pot, radio/clock, shampoo, etc. t was awful. The carpet was smelling and nasty. I promised myself that I would never go back. This was the only thing i could get due to Classic weekend. Never ever again. I heard they were updating the hotels but my Lord!!!

Very close to shopping and resturants

Pros: Nothing this time
I booked a room (King non smoking) and charged it to my credit card. When I arrive at the Hotel the Clerk tells me that the manager forgot to update the rooms and that he had no king or queen beds available. I had no choice but to sleep in a double bed room. When I went to me room (267) I was very disappointed. The tile floor in the kitchenette area and bathroom was so DIRTY I had to leave my shoes on or put a towel on the floor to walk on. Also the counter tops were sticky. I have stayed at Extended Stay several times but will most likely not stay there again. I feel I should be compensated for the difference in the Double v/s king room and PLEASE say something to the people who clean the rooms.

Good place

I stay in this hotel about a month, I can tell everything here not bad, but the room cleanliness is very bad because during I'm staying Until now no one clean my room just one time..

Nice overnight Hotel

The hotel is in a nice area. You have a mall and plenty of restaurants to choose.

You get what you pay for...

Staff was great, the place looks nice...on the outside. The room was outdated, terribly. Worst cabinets I've ever seen. Faucet was leaky. Bathroom was a nightmare. Hairs everywhere. I'll never stay here again.

Okay for the price but would not stay again

After our cooled caught fire, thus was the first hotel my husband and I stayed it. It had decent reviews so we thought we'd try it. The air in the room would only turn on around every hour and a half so it was super hot. Also, we got a handicap shower, not that that was too much of a issue but when you turned the water on it went everywhere! So they gave us another room just to take a shower in (which had roaches all in the trash can). The beds were pretty hard also. For 1 night on such short notice of just finding a place to stay for cheap it was fine but I would not recommend or stay again

Wait until they renovate

Pros: The lady at front desk was very nice.
Cons: Everything
Location: Gyms, bars and restaurants nearby.
No dishes or silverware in kitchen. Room smelled like smoke even though non-smoking room. Bed is stiff but they offer 3 different types of pillows. Not impressed was looking for a nice relaxing room but I felt gross.

Not so nice but great location

Pros: Perfect location to interstate and shopping malls.
Cons: Customer Service at front desk. Housekeeping should do a better job of cleaning and disinfecting the room.
Location: Lots of shopping and dinning areas.
I have stayed here before and the room was much better. The level of service at the front desk was equal to being greeted by a rock. The room smelled and the front desk offered nothing to correct the problem. The front desk clerk knew nothing about nothing. The room reserved was not ready upon arrival and nothing was offered to correct the inconvenience that was cause. The front desk clerk could care less. When asked what would be done since the room was not ready, she replied nothing and we short staff. Please explain how is this my problem.

Nice hotel close to downtown and the summit

Close to downtown and shopping at the summit . Would reccomend if you are looking for a great deal , and really don't want to spend $200/ night.
