The place felt very clean. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfy! Bathroom was large, the fold out couch was great for one kid but a little small for 2. The pool is indoors but was really cold and quite small. The breakfast was incredible!!

Location was great. The room layout was nice. The phone didn’t work, the bed was really uncomfortable (hard), and there were tiles missing in the bathroom.

The smell was awful when you got off the second floor elevator. The coffee maker had water going everywhere even on my jewelry. When we got ready to use the iron it did not work. The breakfast on Sunday was less than desirable and the wait person started removing more than 30 minutes before time.

Check in was good. Room was a little bit small but worked well. Very quiet. This is one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed at. That's worth a lot to me. Very comfortable bed. Great location. Close to a variety of restaurants. Breakfast was four stars in my opinion. Quite a variety of food. Scrambled eggs, pork sausage and turkey sausage, oatmeal, fruit, muffins, waffles. The juice machine didn't work at first but that's because they hadn't turned it on. I tried getting some apple juice. They must have been out of that because I only got a couple ounces. So I went after the orange juice. Value for price paid. Five stars. Very comfortable bed, very quiet and economical.

This is a recently renovated property and it shows. New carpet, paint and some furnishings. The common area in the lobby was quite inviting as was the dining area. Our room was large and spacious with one king bed and a sofa bed. The AC unit had NOT been replaced and while it worked, it just like many old AC units. Newer units are more efficient and provide more control of the temperature. The room had been sprayed/cleaned with air freshener and for allergy-prone guests, this is your worst nightmare. It gave me a headache and worst of all, my clothes all have picked up the same smell, and I am rushing to launder everything I had in the room. Guests should have opportunity to choose an allergy-free room with cleaning supplies used that have NO odor. This is not the first time I have encountered this, but first time I have commented.

One side of the king side bed did not have any electrical outlets and I don’t know of anyone that doesn’t plug something in every night. This morning the sink had hot water but the shower did not. Plus the shampoo and conditioner containers did not function. There is Wi-Fi but no one gave us the password. After 2 trips to the front desk receiving wrong information I figured it out by my self.

This hotel seems to be going through a little renovation but open for business. The countertops at checkin were completely missing, no countertops just studs. The bedside table between the beds was a little detached, and hanging off the wall slightly. Also one of the bedside reading lights did not work at all. Service: there were only 3 towels provided for our family of 4 and literally, 3 tissues then the box was empty with no backup. Breakfast was underwhelming. There are plenty of other hotels to choose from in this area.

Good hotel
We’ve been staying at this hotel at least twice a year for the last four years. It’s in a good location. The people are usually friendly and the hotel is always clean. The woman who checked us in was exceptionally pleasant. I was a bit disappointed by the positioning of the fold out sofa. It was directly in front of the air conditioning vent. I wish there had been a heavier blanket for the sofa bed. Breakfast was not good. I never expect much from hotel breakfast, but the oatmeal was the best thing I found. Oh and the coffee was terrible! Please, please get a different kind of coffee!
