Very good location for all that Broad Street has to offer. Smart rooms. Parking safe and secure and only £12 fit 24 hours. Breakfast a bit of a Mish mosh but all in all a great place to stay.

Great location for a night out ion Broad Street

Posted Apr 19, 2018
Pros: Comfort
Cons: Lift calling, the doors close so quicly
Location: In Broad Street, close to the major nightlife spots and not too far to get into city centre
Good value for a hotel that gives everything you want for a city overnight stay. Bed comfort was excellent and room was clean. Relatively good choice for breakfast. With such a busy hotel, the only negative are the lifts, getting one quickly is a pure lottery.

Perfect location for Arena visit

Posted Apr 17, 2018
Pros: Location was perfect, staff provided very simple and clear directions of how to get to the arena.
The hotel is ideally situated if you need a stay over following a show at the Arena. The Arena is just a 5 minute walk away and with numerous places to eat before we went to the show, it was perfect. With a buffet breakfast and plenty to choose from we would most definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

Birthday Celebration

Second time we have stopped in the Hampton Hotel, Birmingham and look forward to staying in the future. Staff helpful, only issue was the push button flush on toilet kept on falling back into the wall if you applied any pressure to it (luckily being a plumber I managed to fix) and reported to staff on check out. Very central to all Broad Street entertainment food, pubs, clubs and casino. Loof forward

Breakfast was the greatest thing about the stay

Posted Apr 16, 2018
Room was very small for 120 a night. I expected to sleep in a bed bigger than my teens sadly this was the case, room lacked a lot of things you usually get in modern hotels bathroom was clean but also lacked in essentials. Also the view we was given was mortifying curtains had to stay shut throwout stay, nevertheless breakfast was good value for money

Great stay in Brum

Great location, comfortable and good service. Shower room unfortunately wasn’t very clean with scattered hair from previous person’s use . Good views and car park facilities at an extra charge of £12.50/- per 24 hrs.

Needs updating

Posted Apr 15, 2018
Good location. Shower plumbing needs attention as water took 10 mins to go away, your standing in 2" water constatly. Sofa bed matteres was so old all you could feel is rock hard springs so very little sleep. Rooms quite dark. Fan did not work in bathroom. Would not stay there again.
