Everything was wonderful but only one tiny complaint. The bed next to the window was very good in the center but the mattress side next to the nightstand was broken down and I kept rolling off the side of the bed. Otherwise I was very pleased with our accommodations and the b’fast was excellent and well prepared, room was clean and up to date, corridors were clean and nicely maintained. The area around the hotel is ok but my truck and trailer was safe and parking lot well lighted. I felt safe. Thank you for your accommodations!

They need to change out their pillows. They were old. I found them to be extremly flat and lumpy. When I went to address my concern, the staff member just looked at me and then gave me another pillow, which was dirty with a stain.

Upon arrival the young lady working from the desk was seated and sis not stand to greet me. I understand there may have been a physical issue. But that coupled with her casual dress (no hotel uniform) was disconcerting. While she was not rude, she was far from pleasant. During my stay, the guests in a neighboring room were extremely loud. I attempted to call the front desk, but no one answered the phone. This made for a restless stay. The next morning when exiting my room there were several young men who quickly approached my area. I later realized they were working with the housekeepers and were going to the room next door. But because no one wore uniforms, it was concerning.

This hotel is clean, secure and quiet. The beds are comfortable. My room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful. Definitely would stay here again.

The lady that does the morning breakfast is an absolute joy. She greeting every single person with a smile and a genuine good morning. She made sure everyone had what they needed and was a wonderful way to start the day. As guests left in the morning she wished them a good day and it made an impression on everyone. She was fantastic.

Our stay overall was pretty good. Hotel was clean and in a convenient location right off the interstate. The staff was very polite and helpful. Had an easy check in too. The pool was closed, which was expected since it's off season. The breakfast was good. Our main issue was the blankets and pillows. We got a king size bed, but was given 4 pillows made for a single bed. The blankets/sheets were the size of a queen. None of them would stay on the mattress.

Room had quite a bit of wear and tear. Carpets were filthy, wear shoes the entire time. Housekeeping needs to do better at cleaning the entire room in general. For 250 bucks I was expecting something a little nicer. On par with a $75-$100 hotels. The breakfast was nicer than expected.

Person who was at the desk was very pleasant and very helpful. The pool was gross, sort of nasty. Hallways in disrepair around the elevator on the 2nd floor. There were big tares in the header on one of the beds. Food bar in the morning was well stocked and checking out was easy.

I was very disappointed with this stay. We book hotels by the availability of ev charging stations. This one had 3 tesla and 1 j1772 chargers. When we arrived 2 of the 4 charging spaces were filled with gas cars. We asked the front desk to which they replied "we don't know what to do about the cars because we don't take plate numbers." Then they told us we could park at their sister hotel right around the corner and use their chargers.... Really? Okay fine, we parked there and walked back to our hotel. Our room was stuffy and hot when we arrived, and the carpet felt sticky. The pool was green so we didn't allow our children to swim which upset them. I wouldn't recommend this hotel after this stay.

The staff accommodated my need to freeze an ice pack for my medication storage while traveling the next day. The rooms only have small mini fridges, no freezer. There were storms in the area. Not long after I went to bed the power went out for several hours. Fortunately, my room stayed cool enough. Saw many cleaning crew workers out the next morning cleaning doors, etc. I would stay here again.
