Nice hotel , nice location but pool wasn't open and had green water in it , disappointed because booked the room for the pool

I was disappointed that there were no coke cola products in the vending machines only pepsi products , had to drive off the property to get a coke cola product. I see no reason that both products could be available for customers stay at the Hampton Inn. The selection at the breakfast was really disappointing, compared to breakfast served at other Hampton Inns i have stayed at in the past. I have stayed at this Hampton Inn this year.

Our privacy was disturbed(!!!!) by the hotel staff asking to come into our room to work on something that should have done before we checked in. I asked if they could give us a few minutes and they said they would return. They did not come back!!! I called the desk to see what was going on and they sent someone who said that nothing needed to be done in the first place!!!!! Later I went to the front dest to ask for an alternate route into town as the interstate was under repair. The person at the desk did not know anything about the highways around the hotel!!! Not so good!!!!!
