My stay

Posted Dec 6, 2016
Pros: Staff very friendly, facilities excellent.
Cons: Make sure the air conditioner is working as the rooms are so hot.
The hotel is a very nice place to stay and convenient for walking to the shopping centres. There is a car park just round the corner which is maned at all times.

Nice modern hotel in an excellent location

Posted Dec 5, 2016
Pros: The quiet but very convenient location and the spacious, well laid-out bedrooms.
Location: The hotel is in a quiet location close to Broad Street and Brindley Place with its canal-side bars and restaurants, and the Barclaycard Arena
The Hilton Garden Inn at Brindley Place is in an excellent location. Although close to Broad Street it is in a quiet location and right in Brindley Place by the canals with a great selection of bars and restaurants and just a 3 minute walk to the Barclaycard Arena. It has it's own car park but if that is full there is a multi-storey car park just round the corner, literally about 200 yards away. The rooms are spacious and well laid out with comfortable beds and room to move around. The bathrooms are modern, the showers don't flood and the extractor fan is effective in preventing the room steaming up. The hotel has a nice bar and outdoor terrace area - all in all you can't really fault it. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with a queue for tables but the hotel was fully booked so it is to be expected I suppose.

Hotel is very handy for ICC & Barclaycard Arena

Posted Dec 5, 2016
No 24 hr service, noisy party goers at 3am and when explained to receptionist she said well next time you stay phone down and we'll deal with it. It's too late then & doesn't help this stay. Photos show iMacs in the room and there are none. No support from Hilton staff.

Good location. But can be noisy.

Posted Dec 5, 2016
Unfortunately we were given a disabled room. So the bathroom was difficult to use. It was also very noisy The bed was advertised as queen size but was a double. The reason given was they are an american hotel.

Great hotel near the Barclaycard Arena

Posted Nov 10, 2016
The hotel is really convenient if attending an event at the Barclaycard Arena and there is a great choice of restaurants and cafes near by. The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. Secure parking is under the hotel (shame it's not included in the room price!) - had to park on the road and go into the hotel to get access to it when first arrived though.

Great hotel location for the NIA and local bars

Posted Oct 18, 2016
Pros: Location/food/staff
Cons: Nothing
Location: Already have......
Second stay at this hotel, simple, easy, just what you need. Bars and restaurants are a 5min walk, the NIA a fraction longer.

Fantastic

This hotel is way above any others that I have stayed at. The rooms are extremely modern, loads of mirrors, good lighting, fridges, hair driers and ice buckets with ice to collect from reception. Alcohol and snacks on sale at reception. Perfect place to stay for groups on nights out.
