We finally found the place, we will stay while visiting our family in this area. We have stayed in lots of different hotels and this was the best, very friendly staff and well taken care of. The room was so comfortable. We switched from Marriott up the street from here after years.. thanks for making this property better. We will be back next month, to visit family again. Staying here!

Staff was extremely friendly. Room was run down especially the bathroom area. We had several broken tiles and the tile threshhold was in pieces. This was very sharp on the feet. Our sink had a leak and the shower did not appear to be clean. I believe that this was due to the shower area just being run down. Definitely could use some maintenance. Overall, a good stay but room for improvements.

Great stay albeit short
Latoya was fantastic at my check in and Sheneca was wonderful at my check out. I had a family emergency and Sheneca was very helpful in getting me on my way. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again. The dinner the 1st evening was also terrific and the bartender was entertaining!

Great location and very clean. The deadbolt for my room wouldn’t work, so I called the front desk and asked for a solution. They sent 2 men up to try to fix it, but they couldn’t. They told me there weren’t any other rooms so I would just have to use the flip out metal backup. I’m a female who was traveling by herself, so that made me fairly uncomfortable. The facilities were nice, though, aside from that issue.

The women working at this place are awesome!! My 4 year old sons been talking about them all day and wants to stop back by in the way home to see them. Couldn’t be more happy with a place! Will definitely stay here again!!

I cannot say enough about Dee Dee at the front desk. I stayed at this location April 2022 and this month, and she made my trip both times. This hotel is super convenient to the interstate, gas stations and eateries, walking distance even. It's also worth it for me to stay here than cheaper locations, because I actually sleep. The walls and doors are paper thin in other hotels I've stayed. My only two downsides were the funky smell in my bathroom (smelled like public restroom) and the awful bathroom lighting. It was hard to do my makeup. I wish they had magnifying mirrors with lighting. Other than that, I wouldn't think twice about continuing to stay here. It's my go-to when in the Birmingham/Trussville area.

This Hilton never disappoints. The staff is as friendly as you could ever ask for & lots of fun too! The location is fabulous & there’s enough restaurants in walking distance that our group was able to have a great time, drinks & still get food in our bellies! See you again next year!
