The staff was excellent!! They provided my son and I a room, even though "Expedia" failed to notify the hotel of our reservation. I traveled over 400 miles from Savannah, GA due to hurricane Matthew, to find out that Expedia had over booked the hotel. So, we were almost stranded in a new city, not knowing a single soul, with no where to go. I applaud the staff at the Holiday Inn and I loved the surrounding area, but Expedia needs to improve its tracking mechanisms for available rooms to prevent incidents like this from happening to another family.
