The hotel was easily found and for the surrounding areas surprisingly quiet, clean, and safe feeling. The hotel was very clean and with a restaurant inside it smelled amazing.

Love the vicinity of this airport. It is the only place I stay when flying. The staff are courteous and welcoming Restaurant is awesome. Shuttle service always prompt.

The hard thing was bathroom shower nozzle made noise when you turned it off and they switch rooms because it. You have to flush the toilet several times and the refrigerator would make humming sound and then stop…. despite this it was a good experience.

The front desk staff and housekeeping were wonderful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. However, there appeared to be plumbing problems. The toilet took a long time to flush and I was afraid it would stop working. There was also a problem when the the water. It took several minutes to get any warmth. It was also very noisy at night and hard to sleep. Lastly, the breakfast was below average. The set up was weird and we weren't sure who to give the voucher too. The eggs were excellent but the rest of the food was cold especially the pancakes which was disappointing. On a positive note, the coffee was fantastic but it would have been nice to have to go cups. It's a nice facility but some aspects were disappointing.

After driving for eight hours it was explained to us that Expedia had overbooked their hotel, so the two bed hotel room that we had booked for our three family members months ago for a two- day volleyball tournament was given away, and we were now to share a single king bed.

Staff was amazing. I paid for a double bed but was given a queen with 2 bunk beds. Also the shower had a weird puddle of water beneath the surface. Felt like I was standing on a water bed while I showered. Water did not get hot at all

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The reception desk was very busy, but the line moved at an impressive pace. However, the room was a bit worn down and there were quite a few hairs in the shower and in the sheets. I only stayed one night and slept on top of the comforter. :(
