No evening meals at weekends.

Posted May 2, 2017
Pros: Lady in other couple registered disabled, found both room size and shower facilities excellent. Thank you for that. Rooms very clean,
Cons: Information regarding evening meals given to patrons on arrival so that other arrangements can be made without returning to the hotel before dinner.
Location: Was there for the Tenpin Bowling Triple Crown nearby in Acocks Green so did not see much else.
Arrived Wednesday and had nice meal in hotel. Got back to hotel Thurdsay only to be told no evening meals Thursday, FRiday Saturday Sunday but we could order in and eat in hotel. Should have been told when we booked and reminded when we arrived. There were families with young children there, not good enough. One member of party had no heating in room. Told every day it was fixed but each day the same, turned on at reception but off again next day. This lady recovering from cancer. These experiences are not good for a busy hotel's reputation. Pity.

Immaculate Hotel - Sparse Facilities

Posted Mar 30, 2017
Pros: Well presented, clean and modern.
Cons: Menu options needs a serious review, and perhaps some more staff?
Location: Very busy main road and access only from one side of a dual carriageway.
On arrival (and if you are on the wrong side of the road in rush hour can be a challenge!) the place looks spotless with easy parking access. Check in is easy and the rooms are immaculate. Wifi was excellent. So down to the lounge for something to eat and thats where the I found the main issue. Only 2 staff on duty and only 3 main course options (2 or 3 were crossed out) so if you fancy a burger or gammon you would be ok but the choice was seriously restricted. The only option for a wider option would be to find a restaurant of whihc there is not much choice in the area unless you use a taxi. Great hotel in general - just dont expect a decent dinner!

Nice hotel close to the arena

Not a bad hotel although a little bit noisy, on the night we were there they told us that there was no food being served due to coach to party have book the restaurant, I wasn't very happy about this.

Fantastic place to stay, especially if you are visiting the NEC, first class service, stunning hotel and brilliant staff, just beware of the taxi drivers when you're drunk

Fabulous hotel

Posted Jan 29, 2017 on Hotels
My stay was fabulous really good hotel with amazing views from the 7th floor! The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. It was clean and the bed was huge. Defiantly going again soon. Easily assessable and good for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean.
