Pros: the free breakfast, available coffee.
Cons: upgrade rooms
Location: the location to nearby dining and shopping.
overall it was good but some things need to be refurbished, furniture, bathrooms etc.

It's a very ordinary hotel. Nothing great. It's clean. The bathrooms were ok except the shower curtain had a bit of a funky smell. Breakfast - it's a good spread but I have had better at other Holiday inns.

Pros: The room was very comfortable
Cons: increase in staff and breakfast variety
Location: Location was perfect
Housekeeping was unavailable for more towels and washcloths. I had to go and get my own. It was only 1 hotel staff available at the time and she was assisting others.

The Hotel did not clean our room after the first day and the door was not shut all the way when we arrived back that evening. The person doing the breakfast had a hard time keeping up with the food and coffee. They needed another persons there.
