We didnt get a chance to stay because the people at VRBO would were supposed to book us a hotel due to the fact we were SCAMMED and STRANDED by booking with one of there listings, try to tell us they accepted pets because we brought our dog with us and they do not. So really no fault of the hotel, its the VRBO! Do NOT use VRBO to book anything! They are the biggest scammers!

The property area seems to be ok. With me staying there three nights it was a little boring and aggravating that I wasn’t able to watch TV at all because of the cable connection or whatever, The voice on the TV was going in and out, I could not see a clear picture or hear clear and understand what was really being said on the TV/picture because of the picture going in and out with a lot of static, and lines going across the TV/picture.

60th Birthday Celebration
The room was clean. Just looked weathered. The door to the room was not sealed, carpet needs repair. At checkin the staff was friendly. Parking safely was a challenge. had a lot of Big trucks in the front of the parking area.

Upside: The bed was comfortable and pillows were great. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. Downside: The air conditioner had leaked water all over the carpet and our socks got soaked when we walked near the window. The shower head was a handheld type with a clamp on a bar to make it height adjustable. The clamp didn’t hold and the head kept dropping down during the shower.

The Best !!!!
It was a bit pricey at $168.00 for one night, but overall I still rate it a 5 star out of 5.. I always have a pleasant stay at Holidays Inn Suite.

Where do I start. The bedspread had stains, the telephone didn’t work (known problem), TV remote didn’t work, bathtub has a fast leak (known problem), elevator smells musty, terrible breakfast selection and the ice machine was broken (known problem). On the positive, the cleaning staff was responsive. Not sure if are better options but I would consider other places.

Absolutely would not recommend. The bathroom was disgusting. Rusty fixtures, moldy shower, shower completely separated from wall and moved around as you were trying to shower. Felt like I was going to fall through the floor. Moldy microwave, rusty fridge, broken light fixtures. Just absolutely the worst holiday inn I have ever stayed in.

The staff was magnificent. The room smelled moldy and like mildew. The facility has been completely remodeled, but for some reason it had a really bad odor.

We booked this hotel because of the pool. Just to check in and be told the pool is out of service bc "we cant find the breaker for the pool area." Which is a cop out for not WANTING to find it or put in the extra resources to make it available. Room #1 the AC did not work. Room #2 had a prior personals "personal hairs" all in the shower. I will say the staff gave us the option to cancel our checkin but said we "may not" get our money back. They did move us to a room with AC but as can be seen above it wasn't properly cleaned. The backside of the property was run down/blinds hanging off most room windows etc. We survived our 2 nights there because we had no other choice because of ball tournaments in the area. Lesson learned and won't let that happen again!

I do apologize for the issues you had during your stay with us, It wasn't just a breaker box issue, we had to have an electrician come and fix. They were supposed to come in friday to fix, but came today, Monday. As far as cleanliness issues, I have addressed issue with our head housekeeper

Swimming pool nit working. Ice machine out of order. It is definitely not worth what we paid. Hopefully there will be more modern hotels built up next year when we return.

Staff have evidently worked to bring the hotel up to par. Staff have always been friendly and efficient. Immediately noticed in room hallway that there was NO musty smell as have noticed on previous stays. Room was clean and stocked, only issue was an electrical one with room phone and was told that a lightning strike had damaged several hotel systems recently and they were still trying to correct those. Will stay here again next trip.

Very tired property. Room were updated and clean. Bedding was great and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Property didnt feel secure. No one around to check us out at 7am. Entry road needs lots of help. A sign right at the turn to go in would help. You had to guess where to turn in. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

It was clean and the staff was polite. Breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfast we have had. We enjoyed the pool with our kids although it was colder than we expected. Close to walmart and food choices

This property was luckily in a convenient area for a wedding we were attending in Alpine; however, it was $600.00 to stay there for 3 days due to a larger event going on in the area that weekend. We didn’t mind paying the price to be close by to the wedding venue. We did however mind the lack of cleanliness. The room did not appear to be cleaned when we arrived. There was still garbage and items from the previous people staying there in the room, along with hair in the shower and sink. We were only given one towel that appeared to be damp. Overall just not very happy with our price and overall stay.

Very run down and dirty, wife had to borrow the vaccum from the front desk staff and vaccum the visibile floor crumbs in our room that we had just booked because house keeping couldn't be bothered to do their job. If cleanliness wasn't a concern, the quality of construction was. This hotel would not pass an building inspection and it is amazing that they are still open to the public.
