Nice hotel - IF they sort out the Air CON!

Staff were very helpful and the hotel looks good (Ceiling to floor glass windows v impressive). However that all falls down when you realise how hot it gets. The rooms AC systems is pants and was no use. The staff were very helpful but the hotel need to spend money and upgrade the AC system as it was unacceptable. Car Parking was a bit of a worry as it has a "cage" remote system but i got the car back in one piece!!!

Don't waste your money

Lovely hotel close to everything

Couldn't of asked for a better hotel to stay at, staff were very helpful and the location was perfect.

3 star hotel if you discount the location

- room card worked on and off. Needed to use stairs instead of lift - no shower in the pool area - no lockers in the pool area - no jacuzzi, basically cold pool water being pumped in - no health and safety measure in place in the pool area.

My stay was great.

Our stay was great. Would have being nice if they provided ipod docks for iphone 5's instead of iphone 4's. Bed was really comfortable. Could have done better with the things in the fridge...

Great location but attention to detail needed...

Hotel is in a great part of the city - really handy for Barclaycard Arena, Sea Life Centre, Canal area and shopping. Unfortunately rooms could do with a bit of TLC and bathroom cleanliness was a bit lacking. Pool and spa area nice. Breakfast a bit chaotic with lack of attention to detail.

Well located and fantastic view

The hotel was very well located with excellent accessibility to the City Centre shopping and nearby restaurants, for which there was plenty of choice. The room was spacious, and the bed huge, and comfortable.

Good hotel

Pros: The position was great
The reception staff are faultless very helpful (Hannah) we had a few problems with the room, air con not working,broken glass under the bed but that said it was dealt with quickly, as well as the spa and breakfast staff just a shame the evening restaurant staff aren't the same!! Especially when you are spending a lot of money and you don't even get a smile.

Trendy hotel, City Centre, Iconic Bar

Pros: Nice rooms and great bar on 25th floor.
Stayed here for one night. Check in was smooth, our room on the 23rd floor, although small, was fun, spotlessly clean and comfortable with a great view of the city. Breakfast served in the Pierre Marco White restaurant on the 25th floor was delicious and plentiful...and again what a view! We used the spa in the morning which was a nice addition to our stay. The hotel forms part of 'The Cube' complex which is set on the canal and includes numerous places to drink and eat. I can imagine that it would be even nice in the warmer months. We will stay here again when back in Birmingham.
