Great front desk staff. On site restaurant w/ great free breakfast buffet. 2 story Galleria attached shopping mall. Lots to do!

Used water bottles in my room, lotion smeared all over the sink. Valet was slammed and took forever. Otherwise clean, all staff was extremely kind despite being very busy.

They cancelled my without any explanation or reason. This is very disappointing and acceptable. I arrived to Alabama after driving 10 hours ready to rest and shower. I had no where to go with my daughter and mother at 1:00 am. We had to stay in our vehicle

Loved our stay here! Everyone was very friendly every where on the hotel including the restaurant! Food was good, room was clean and the mall next door was a plus! Definitely i will stay here again and recommend to anyone!

I love staying at this hotel and the only place I will stay when I visit. The staff goes over and beyond the call of duty, always give the highest level of customer service. The rooms are super clean and hotel are very quite. The dining is very covenant and the staff there are super nice I recommend this hotel always.
