Good location

Pros: The staff are fiendly and go out of their way to be helpful.
Cons: The hotel definitely needs a lift.
Location: Very little in walking dustance but the hotel is only a short taxi/bus ride from the city centre.
Check-in was easy and efficient and the directions to the room clear and helpful. It is a bit shocking in the twentyfirst century to find that the fairly recent build hotel has no lift - how does someone with mobility problems manage? The rooms are of adequate size, clean and well stocked and (miracle) the shower actualy worked. There is a bar and basic dining facilities - very limited choice - but the food was adequate and tasty (even if the lasagne did look more like a pancake! For the price not a bad hotel.

Very clean and comfortable would have been happy to stay longer except for my business.

Very comfortable, excellent location, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Great breakfast can't wait for the hot option to get started. Would definetly stay again when in Bham.

Avoid if you want a good Night

The room was tiny and only had 2 plug sockets, you can hear other guests all night breakfast was poor even though it's only continental couldn't even get a drink staff didn't seem bothered, I asked them to make the room romantic as it was a special occasion and they didn't even do anything for this apart from say we've just seen the comment on your booking congratulations this was 11.30pm when we had just arrived back so this was really disappointing on top of everything else worst place I've stayed feel robbed

cosy and clean

First time we stayed at this hotel the staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and comfy
