From the outside the property looks nice. When we got to our room, the door to the room wouldn't open all the way because it got stuck against the floor. The linens for the beds were extremely thin and the pillows need to be replaced. The elevator made a loud noise while the doors were opening and closing and there was no elevator inspection certificate in the elevator. There are plenty of places to eat nearby for pretty much anyone.

They are trying to update the building but it is poorly done and housekeeping really needs to clean. The floors are disgusting including bathrooms. My husband shaved in the shower and they didn’t even clean the bathroom when housekeeping came as the hair was everywhere he left it. Breakfast was not edible

When we checked in the room was filthy, hairballs on “clean” towels, hair on the floors, mud/dirt all in the tub. Not sure if the room was even cleaned and towels swapped out! The pool was drained and from what I hear has been for a while now. (Would have been nice to know prior to checking in or booking a room) checked in and almost immediately checked out! The breakfast area still had food and crumbs everywhere after the breakfast and we didn’t check in until 6ish PM They said we’d get a refund but we will see. Word around town is this place can’t pay their bills and has the water turned off several times a year. Would not recommend this place to anybody!

Mildew in shower. Poor shower design- floods entire bathroom floor making it unsafe. Dirty bathroom floor. Only chair in unit extremely worn- seat covering shredding.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked a suit thinking I would have 2 rooms. When we went to the room is the dirty and unable to be slept in. I went down to the front desk to try to get it changed. I said I either needed two rooms or a refund in a nice way. The lady at the front desk was terrible, and not helpful at all. I was not given two rooms nor a refund. I was given one room with a “you shouldn’t have come here, it is busy during spring break” even though I payed for a suit. This is unacceptable behavior. I will never stay here again.

Great area to walk and walk your dog. Drink machine is stubborn but they are supposed to be adding an area with drinks and snacks controls by hotel staff that fill hopefully be better. Convenience store next door seems to close early. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. No available shuttle service.

The gym equipment is broken, the pool has been drained. The water fountain has dirty brown water sitting in it. The ice machine does not work. The breakfast is very limited.

Check in was easy. We had a handicapped room on first floor. We also had a 6lb. Dog. The room had a powerful overwhelming smell, like a floral scent.. the bath tub was never cleaned, products from previous guests were still in the tub. There wasn't any blanket on the bed. The breakfast was terrible. Wasn't the best place to stay.

No hair dryer, switch for lamp missing, beds squeaked every time you moved. Other wise the beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a terrible stay. The bathroom floor handle falls off, the bathroom mirror is smaller than frame and we were fearful it was going to fall off. All of the pictures were missing from the room and bathroom. The breakfast was unacceptable. Coffee was cold every morning the biscuits were so hard you could not even cut a piece off with a knife. I’m being completely honest. We will never stay there again.

I thought that this type of hotel was better than Motel 6 but it wasn’t. It was worse. The mirror was hanging down out of the frame. The shower was pelting you like needles and there were no pictures on the walls or hair dryer. It was all removed. Someone left their dog in their room and the dog was howling and crying. It was noisy, you can hear people talking in the next room. The price you pay is not worth it. I’d rather pay a few more dollars to stay at a better place.
